It kept randomly changing my ringer settings.I thought it was my phone so I got it replaced (which I paid a my cell company fee for) but when I installed this app on my new phone started doing the same thing.Without being touched, sitting on the desk or the kitchen counter at home, I would just hear a vibration and when I checked my phone, this widget had switched settings to whatever the next setting was. For example if it was on ringer it would go to vibrate and if on vibrate it would switch to silent.
